Henri Bardhi

Henri Bardhi joined The Faulkner Firm, P.A. in 2017 and focuses his practice on sophisticated estate planning for individuals and families. Henri was born and raised in Albania, but his family moved to Tarpon Springs when he was a teenager. Henri attended Tarpon Springs High School and then attained his bachelor’s degree from University of South Florida.

Henri attended the University of Florida (“UF”) College of Law, and became the first person in his family to obtain a graduate-level education. At UF College of Law, he focused his studies on estate planning and tax. Henri’s dedication earned him an Estate Planning Certificate upon graduation. Immediately after law school, Henri enrolled in the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at UF Law, which is consistently recognized as one of the top two tax programs in the country.

As the child of immigrant parents, Henri has always worked hard to support his family and attain his education. He has worked in many different fields, in offices and warehouses, with people from all walks of life, an experience which has made him into a compassionate attorney, able to connect on a personal level with his clients. Henri takes the time to listen to and understand his clients’ family and financial situation, concerns and objectives because he understands that in order to achieve your goals it is important to be mindful of how your present situation will impact your future.

Henri was selected by Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel to be a Florida Fellows Institute Fellow in 2018-2019, an honor bestowed upon only a handful of estate planning attorneys across the State of Florida.

Henri has also been a featured author in “Action line,” the statewide semi-annual magazine published by the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.

Henri lives in Tarpon Springs with his family. He enjoys reading and the outdoors.
