Daniela N. Tolliver, Esq.

Daniela N. Tolliver, Esq. is an experienced attorney with a vast understanding of the nuances of business and litigation. She has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since 2009. Mrs. Tolliver began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she worked until June of 2016.

During her time in Polk County, she tried approximately 70 jury trials, argued countless pretrial motions, and handled a myriad of crimes ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. As Mrs. Tolliver proceeded with her career, she recognized the growing role of digital evidence in the practice of law and, wanting to stay ahead of it, she joined the Special Projects Division where she worked closely with experts and law enforcement prosecuting Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC).

Prior to joining The Faulkner Firm, P.A., Mrs. Tolliver utilized her litigations skills to represent clients throughout central Florida in both criminal and civil law.  Having gained firsthand trial experience on both sides of the criminal courtroom, in 2017, Mrs. Tolliver joined the law firm of Richard A. Harrison, P.A., to broaden her litigation skills to include civil matters with a focus on business law and local government law.

Mrs. Tolliver is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing as well as a member of the bar of the Middle District of Florida. In her free time, Mrs. Tolliver enjoys giving back to the community as an active member of the Junior League, a Magistrate for the Teen Court Program, and as a participant in charity runs.
