Robert C. Burke Jr., known by everyone as Bob Burke, has been practicing law for over fifty years, since his graduation as one of the top students at the Stetson College of Law class of 1971.

As an attorney, Bob has been a partner of several firms, including Korones and Burke; Case, Kimpton, Tregos & Burke; and Kimpton and Burke. In 2005, Bob became a solo practitioner, as the principal of his firm, Robert C. Burke, Jr., P.A. until 2016, when his firm merged with the The Faulkner Firm, P.A., thus creating Burke Faulkner Law, P.A. In 2023, when Bob semi-retired, our firm became The Faulkner Firm.

Bob has focused his practice of law in business transactions, sophisticated estate planning, and trust and probate administration. Over his many years as a successful attorney, Bob has represented many private companies, including automobile dealerships, physician and dentist offices, attorneys, architects, franchise owners, and insurance agencies, in their business acquisitions, formation of businesses, and other business matters. He has represented individuals with a net worth up to $100,000,000 in their estate planning, trust, and probate matters.

Bob has been married to his wife, Jan, for over 50 years and they have two children. He enjoys traveling, reading, and golfing.
